Description:
The Single Head Puller System is mainly composed of an automatic saw and a traction head. The main function of this machine is to apply traction force during the extrusion process of aluminum materials, ensuring that the aluminum materials move in the predetermined direction and speed, and avoiding bending or twisting of the aluminum materials during processing. When the aluminium material is pulled to the tail of the cooling bed, the extruder needs to stop working and wait for the automatic saw to complete the cutting of the aluminium material. After that, the single traction machine will return to the starting position and be ready to pick up new aluminum materials for traction. Compared with double traction machines, single traction machines have a simpler structure, fewer components, are more convenient to operate and maintain, and have a relatively lower cost. However, since the extruder needs to stop and wait after each traction, the efficiency of the single traction machine is not as good as that of the double traction machine.
