Description:
A cooling system used to rapidly reduce the temperature of metals, combined with various technologies such as strong air cooling, high-pressure water spray cooling, and through water cooling. Choose the quenching method based on the thickness and cooling sensitivity of the aluminum material to achieve the desired heat treatment effect. The device consists of two parts: the upper and lower cooling covers. The lower cooling cover is fixed and connected to the fan, while the upper cooling cover can be raised and lowered. It is also equipped with a reducer to control the height of the roller.
